Dawn Gale was the party cited. Mr. F.J. Wilmshurst (Ogilvie McKenna, Wilmshurst and Mills) was for petitioner, who said she was married in 1911 at Pontville. She and her husband lived together at Pontville, where they had a store, until last January. Her husband thrashed her and shut her out, said petitioner. She visited the store on February 15 and Gale was there wearing some of petitioner's clothing. About 2 a.m. on February 29, petitioner said that with her daughter, her son in-law and another man, she visited her former home. She broke a front window. Her daughter pulled back the blind and torches were flashed into the room. Respondent and Gale were in bed. Corroborative evidence was given by Mrs. Phyllis May Atkins daughter of petitioner, and Ronald George Atkins, son-in-law of petitioner. A decree nisl was granted.
